Beacon Hill Bistro: Value Prix Fixe Menu

With our tough economic times, we all want value. A significant number of people are dining out less at this time, and when they do dine out, they often seek value. The Beacon Hill Hotel & Bistro is cognizant of that fact and is launching a special new wintertime prix fixe menu called Local for the Locals, offering diners the choice of either a two course prix fixe menu for $25.00 or a three course $32.00 menu option. The menu will be offered Sunday through Thursday evenings in addition to the regular menu and will be available until late Spring. The menu is as follows:

Richard, I just had the most wonderful meal there. I love that he sources from small farms and local farms. He loves heritage pork, as I do. Chef Bond clearly has good training, as you can tell from the beautiful execution of dish after dish. The sauces are very light and show that you don't need heavy cream for good flavor and elegant dishes. Really a fine meal. This deal looks well worth it to me!
