Burtons Grill: Small Plates

Burtons Grill, located in the Back Bay, is now offering a special small plates menu perfect for budget-conscious after work gatherings. For only $3.95 you can select several delicious items from their small plates menu. The small plates menu is available Monday through Sunday from 4pm-7pm and until May 31.

Small Plates Menu
--Warm Goat Cheese Salad: Goat and aloutte cheese breaded with panko crumbs, served over a spinach salad
--Southwestern Quesadilla: Griddled tortilla, mixed with pepper jack, cheddar and roasted poblanos, drizzled with sour cream, southwestern dressing and topped with guacamole
--Fried Manchego : Two pieces of manchego cheese battered and breaded with panko crumbs, served over a spicy tomato coulis sauce (This sounds particularly delicious!)
--Shrimp Bruschetta: Pan seared shrimp, tossed with red onions, tomatoes, parsley and garlic, served in a lemoncello butter sauce, topped with grilled ciabatta bread
--Burtons Chips & Strings: Hand cut potato chips seasoned with rosemary, topped with seasoned onion straws

Why not pair Burton’s small plates menu items with one of their hand crafted cocktails such as the Ciroc Pomegranate Martini or the seasonal Snow Pear Martini.

Ciroc Pomegranate Martini
2oz Ciroc Vodka
2oz Pomegranate juice
Shake vigorously
Serve in a chilled martini glass with a sugared rim & orange slice garnish

Snow Pear Martini
1oz Stoli Vanilla Vodka
1oz Grey Goose Le Poire Vodka
2oz Pear Puree
.5oz Sour Mix
Shake vigorously
Serve in a chilled martini glass & garnish with an a sprig of thyme
