Chef Vittorio of Bistro 5 and Wine Sense will be hosting a special wine dinner, Unconventional Veneto. On Wednesday, March 31, at 7pm you can enjoy an interesting menu. Chef Vittorio has done endless research and reached deeply into his Italian roots to make this an authentic Veneto event unlike anything you have experienced before. To make this night even more special Chef Vittorio will be doing a rare Cooking Demonstration in the dining room during the event.
For any guest who would like to participate that evening, Bistro 5 will also be taking donations for the American Red Cross Haiti Earthquake Relief. Bistro 5 will match up to $10 for each donation made.
