Ug...PF CHANG NORTHSHORE MALL TWO BIG THUMBS DOWN! <br /><br />Ugh! I am glad you had a good experience.. I, on the contrary...well …Let me start by stating the following:I LOVE PF Changs in Boston<br />But...at the Northshore Mall location, I was incredibly disappointed. <br /><br />After forgoing waiting the 2 and ½ hour wait on a Saturday evening (we counted 11 4-top tables open on the floor) we grabbed a seat at the elongated table near the bar that was self-seat yet had wait service. After about 20 minutes when the waiter finally came we ordered our drinks and the Crsipy Green Beans, Chicken Flatbread, and Steamed Pork Dumplings. Another 20 minutes passed and our drinks finally came with the Crispy Green Beans. I was not surprised that the Green Beans came out cold, it seemed like the waiter had forgotten us. As the other 2 items came out, about an hour into our experience we were ready! I was not surprised that the dumplings came out cold either…I cut into them and was about to feed a bite into my mouth just as I saw the bright pink color of the meat inside. Yup, RAW PORK! The dumplings were not cooked!! The waiter actually checked in (I believe he visited us a total of 5 times during our 1 hour and a half) we disclosed the incident, barely apologetic the waiter walked away. About 10 minutes later as he was walking by he stated he was getting a new order out for us. By this time we were appalled. I yelled to grab his attention, he came back, I told him we simply wanted the check. 20 minutes later he brought us the check….and said, “I’m sorry about that, we took the dumplings off the bill” REALLY???!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR TAKING SOMETHING OFF THE BILL THAT WAS SERVED TO US RAW. REDICULOUS! I am SO disappointed. The Management, the waitstaff, and the food are NOTHING BUT DISAPPOINTING AT THE NORTHSHORE MALL PF CHANGS.
