Recently, an Indian restaurant opened in Stoneham square, the Rang Indian Bistro. I have been there maybe ten times now, and went against last night. I have long been a fan of Indian food and think this place is excellent. It is a small restaurant, with a full wine/beer/liquor menu, as well as all the standard Indian foods, with a few South Indian specialities thrown in. Some of the highlights include coconut soup, meat samosas, chicken/lamb dosa, vindaloo and tandori. The breads are also phenomenal from naan to chapati to paratha. The food is fresh, plentiful, and relatively inexpensive. I have not gotten any of their wines there yet. They have a small but diverse list of wines and the prices seem reasonable. I highly recommend this place for anyone who enjoys Indian food.
