Melissa's Main St. Bistro Wine Dinner: March 16 & 30

On March 16 & 30 (both Sundays), from 6:30-8:30pm, Melissa's Main Street Bistro will hold a special Wine Dinner

The Menu:

Welcome Wine: Montinore Estates Semi Dry Riesling

First Course: Baby Greens with Dried Strawberries, Slivered Almonds & Calamata Olives and tossed in a Peach Vinaigrette.
Paired with a Festival '34 Chardonnay

Second Course: Caramelized Onion and Bacon Tart, Pear and Quince Preserves & Fresh Goats Cheese.
Paired with a Cosme Palacio y Hermanos Rioja

Third Course: Lite Smoked “White Marble Farms” Pork Loin Chop, House Made Corned Beef & Cabbage Hash, Finished with a Guinness “Spiked” Demi Glace
Paired with a 2005 Michael Pozzan Annabella

Dessert: Chocolate Fudge & Hazelnut Mousse Cake With Black Raspberry Ice Cream
