Celiac awareness is growing so quickly. I don't have it but I have many food sensitives that mimic it. Always nice to find new places to go where you can enjoy all the food.

ReplyDeleteThough I am not gluten intolerant, the menu sounds fantastic for any food and wine lover. I'm a big fan of Montinore, and discussed their wines on a recent tv segment. Goat cheese, spinach, halibut. It sounds like awesome food paired with great wines. Thanks for the discussion!
