Executive Chef Evan Percoco of BOKX 109 American Prime has unveiled his new Summer Menu, offering expanded dining options. The updated menu offers a range of items to delight all palates this summer.
Some of the savory food highlights include:
• Shells of Maine lobster, shrimp, oysters, native crab claw and Blue Hill mussels
• BOKX Slider with Brandt beef, pork belly, North Country bacon and Vermont white cheddar (This sounds quite delicious.)
• Sloppy Lou’s with braised beef short rib, truffled ketchup and duck fat fries (This too!)
• Scallops, pan-roasted with watercress, fennel and champagne-caviar butter
• Lobster Cauldron with shrimp, scallops and red fish in a linguica tomato broth
• Beef Tenderloin and Foie Gras, seared and served with truffled tater tots
• Short Rib Mac & Cheese with Boursin, Reggiano and Mozzarella cheeses (And this as well!)
The updated cocktail menu features new concoctions, such as:
• Acai Press: Absolut Acai, soda water, cranberry and blueberries
• Anti-Ox BOKX: Grey Goose Citron, Patron Citronage, pomegranate and mint
• Cucumber Cooler: Bombay Sapphire, lime juice, cucumber puree and mint
• Summer Somewhere: Bacardi Silver, honey dew puree, pineapple and mint

Diners really looking to cool off can enjoy the new summer items by the BOKX Pool. Featuring an outdoor bar, private cabanas and oversized couches, the BOKX Pool Deck is a perfect summer escape from the city heat and the ultimate location for dining al fresco.

• Frito Misto with Calamari and Rock Shrimp, Pickled Peppars Fennel, Green Beans and Smoked Tomato Aioli
