Would you like to learn more about Saké? Would you like to taste some Saké with some interesting Sushi and other Japanese dishes? You will have your chance on September 4.
Gordons Fine Wine and Culinary Center in Waltham will be holding a Sushi & Saké class on September 4 from 7:00 pm-8:30 pm.
J. Kenji Alt, currently a food reporter for various publications, will be creating the food. Kenjo started out as a chef/cook at various Boston restaurants including Clio, No. 9 Park, Toro, Uni, and B&G. Michael Simkin, a well known Saké expert, will be going into great detail about rice wine production, the international market for it, and its best food pairings.
The event will include a flight of six Sakés with six small Japanese dishes.
