I had my first Saki cocktail ever, last night. Nothing lavish, just Saki with ginger ale, but I loved it. I do not believe in coincidence and was blown away to find out that today is International Saki Day. Thank you for all these amazing Saki recipes. We just purchased a bottle of Nigori at the factory where they make it here in Berkeley. Have you ever tried it and if so what's your take on it. Thanks.
