Da Vinci Ristorante: New Year's Eve

This New Year’s Eve, Park Square’s Italian eatery Da Vinci Ristorante will host “La Notte Finale” and close out 2009 in a night of decadence and style. Chef Peppino has expertly created a customizable 5-plus course feast (with optional wine pairings) so guests can end their year on a good note.

This complete 5-plus course menu is available exclusively on New Year’s Eve and will be presented as follows:

Sicilian Arancini with Plum Tomato Sauce
(paired with LeMarca Prosecco)


Voltini Tuna
Cucumber, fennel and fries

Mozzarella Frito
Plum tomato ragout

(paired with Batasiolo Gavi di Gavi)


Lobster Raviolo
Saffron creamy sauce

Pancetta, arugula, cherry tomatoes finished with white truffle oil

(paired with Coppo “Costebianche” Chardonnay)


Pistachio crusted, pan seared and served with sautéed spinach with organic cucumber vodka sauce

Striped Bass
Grilled, servied with Sardinian cous cous, finished with putanesca sauce

(paired with Terradora di Paolo, Falaghina)


Rack of Lamb
Grilled and served with an artichoke purple potato ragout in a veal demi glaze pancetta vinaigrette


Filetto di Manzo
Served with broccolini, braised with Caribbean sweet potato and veal demi glaze lemongrass sauce

(paired with La Braccessa, Rosso di Montepulciano)


Fresh berries

Chocolate Mousse
Grand Marnier marinated orange slice

(paired with Batasiolo Moscato)

Cost: This complete 5-plus course menu is available for $75 per person; with wine pairings, $105 per person.

Dinner on 31st will have three seatings: 5pm, 7pm and 9pm.
