Famed Chef Jody Adams of Rialto will be hosting a special wine dinner on Monday, April 28, at 6pm, with four women wine makers. The dinner will consist of four courses, each paired with a wine from one of the wine makers. Each wine maker will talk about their wines. All four women lead family-run estates with small productions specializing in organic and sustainable agriculture.
The menu consists of the following:

Paired with a 2007 Domaine de la Petite Cassagne Rosé
Wine Maker: Diane de Puymorin from Chateau d'Or et de Gueule
Paired with a 2006 Mas de Guiot Grenache/Syrah
Wine Maker: Sylvia Cornut from Mas Guiot
Braised lamb shanks with saffron semolina gnocchi and grilled ramps
Paired with a 2006 Furque Malbec
Wine Maker: Carolina Furque from Furque
Paired with a 2007 Mas Carlot Marsanne/Roussanne
Wine Maker: Nathalie Blanc from Mas Carlot
