FIRST COURSE

Duet of Oysters
Fried wasabi oysters, Wakami seaweed salad, wasabi aioli
Local oysters on the half shell, Meyer lemon, roasted red pepper, horseradish

SECOND COURSE

Roasted Asparagus
Crispy poached egg, shaved Parmigiano-Reggiano, black truffle & herb sauce

THIRD COURSE

Thyme-Roasted Sirloin
Roasted garlic & potato puree, Maritake mushrooms, asparagus, Baley Hazen blue cheese, red wine sauce
