Over at Wannabe Wino, Sonadora posted about the Omnivore's Hundred, an intriguing list of foods and drinks where she indicated which items she had tried before and which she would probably never try. The original list may have originated at Very Good Taste.
Anyone can participate in this list. All you have to do is check off everything you have previously tried and cross off anything that you would never try. Very simple.
The official rules are:
1) Copy this list into your blog or journal, including these instructions.
2) Bold all the items you’ve eaten.
3) Cross out any items that you would never consider eating.
4) Optional extra: Post a comment at Very Good Taste linking to your results.
Here are my responses, with any additional comments in parentheses. For those things I would not eat, I have placed "Never" next to them. Though I may have tasted an item, that does not mean I liked it or would eat it again.

Much better than me! I've had some of the items but not in the way mentioned...eg., I've had clam chowder, but not in sourdough bread bowls!
Before I try to make my point, I have to establish my creds. I've had every single thing on this list, and enjoyed nearly all of them. (The road kill happened to be deer, by the way. And no, I don't like durian.)
Now my point. I can't believe any self-described passionate foodie would write "never" next to anything that he or she is not allergic to. Nobody can know what he is missing by vowing never to try haggis, which is completely delicious. And an artisanal andouillette may be funky, but it's good stuff.
Just sayin'.
