Celiac awareness is growing so quickly. I don't have it but I have many food sensitives that mimic it. Always nice to find new places to go where you can enjoy all the food.

Luckily, more and more restaurants are starting to cater to food allergies. And it is good to support those that do.

Though I am not gluten intolerant, the menu sounds fantastic for any food and wine lover. I'm a big fan of Montinore, and discussed their wines on a recent tv segment. Goat cheese, spinach, halibut. It sounds like awesome food paired with great wines. Thanks for the discussion!

Thanks Matt. Yes, we can't forget that gluten free menus don't have to be just for those with celiac disease. They are delicious as well, and should appeal to many people.
