Smolak Farms: Summer Chef Series

Smolak Farms, in partnership with Edible Boston and the Wineconnextion, will present the 2010 Summer Chef Series, highlighting fresh local fare and wonderful summer wine pairings. Presented the last Wednesday of each month (June – August), Smolak Farms will host some of Greater-Boston’s best chefs dedicated to using in-season local fare. Each chef will demonstrate signature dishes using fresh Smolak Farms produce and provide tastes for all in attendance.

Wines will be paired by the Wineconnextion located in North Andover, with the event presented on the picturesque grounds of Smolak Farms (Series held outside, no-rain date, If poor weather event will be moved indoors). The 21+ series is free to the public with RSVP to inform@smolakfarms.com.

We are truly honored to have such amazing sponsors and chefs joining us for this event, and are truly excited to launch this new series at the farm.
