Taranta: Earth Day Dinner

Celebrate Earth Day by going green for dinner in Boston. Chef Jose Duarte’s Taranta Restaurant, ranked as one of the few Certified Green Restaurants in the world, is committed to green initiatives and sustainability. Located in the North End, Taranta is a blend of Southern Italian and Peruvian Cuisine.

I have met and chatted with Chef Duarte a couple times recently, tasting a couple of his dishes. He is a passionate chef, and I have very much enjoyed his food, so this upcoming dinner is very intriguing.

In honor of Earth Day, Chef Duarte is partnering with Carapelli Olive Oil to create a special 4-course prix fixe dinner from April 22-25. Each course incorporates a different variety of artisan olive oil and helps to educate patrons about both the health benefits and uses of olive oil.
