Da Vinci Ristorante: Spring Tasting Menu

For spring, Chef Peppino of Da Vinci Ristorante is introducing a Five-Course Tasting Menu. Available nightly, this menu will feature the fresh, bountiful flavors of springs. Chef Peppino is very talented and this menu sounds delicious.

Arancini con Mozzarella
Prosciutto e Asparagi
Scallop Salad

Pasta Tasting (Fusilli Bolognese and Spinach Ravioli)

Halibut (Pan seared, served with tomato risotto, English peas and cherry tomato ragout)

Beef Tenderloin (Grilled and served with potato cake, sautéed watercress, finished with Chianti sauce)

Dessert Tasting (Soufflé, Crème Caramel and Vanilla Gelato)

WHEN: Monday through Wednesday from 5pm-10pm, and Thursday through Saturday 5pm-10:30pm

COST: $65 per person.
